Scholarships
Sisters SWAE moved forward with our vision of empowering and uplifting youth by introducing scholarship opportunities in 2025. In our first year, we were proud to award a scholarship to one deserving student. This year, we are excited to expand our impact by providing scholarships to two deserving youth.

Armani Cross Lupus Scholarship Eligibility
Thank you for your interest in the Armani Cross Lupus Scholarship! This year a private donor has provided scholarship funds to support a student diagnosed with Lupus in the name of Armani Cross, a Lupus Warrior, who transitioned while pursuing her education in hopes to support another young adult braving life with Lupus while accomplishing their goals. To qualify for this scholarship, you must be diagnosed with Lupus, under the age of 23,, currently attending a community college, university or trade school or you are currently a high school senior (or GED program) and enrolled to begin community college, university, or trade school for fall 2026. All applications must be completed by Sunday, August 2, 2026. Applicant must be present at the tea on August 8th when the awardee will be announced. Award will be paid directly to the institution the applicant is attending. No cash or checks will be provided to the awardee.
Sister's S.W.A.E Young Scholar Scholarship Eligibility
Thank you for your interest in the Sister's S.W.A.E scholarship! Please read thoroughly! To qualify for this scholarship, you must be under the age of 23, currently attending a community college, university or trade school or you are currently a high school senior (or GED program) and enrolled to begin community college, university, or trade school for fall 2026. All applications must be completed by Sunday, August 2, 2026. Applicant must be present at the tea on August 8th when the awardee will be announced. Award will be paid directly to the institution the applicant is attending. No cash or checks will be provided to the awardee.
2025 Scholarship Winner
Our 2025 scholarship recipient was Ms. D'Airrya Ryley! Ms. Riley continued her education journey at Wayne State University as a freshman during the fall of 2025.
